Description
Required: Human Resource manager that can double as a finance support as required. S/he will be required to manage the Human Resource related items for a hospitality organization of ~ 60 employees from an HR standpoint. Additionally, s/he should be able to conduct simple reconciliations, quality checks and finance related items.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Qualification: Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) and HR Certificate
Skills:
- Process employee Payroll
- Manage entire recruitment process – posting of jobs, shortlisting, interviewing, preparing contracts, on-boarding
- Ensuring work environment is in line with local laws and regulations
- Ensuring appraisal systems are in place and conducted periodically
- Managing various types of employment contract – expat, local, part time
- To administer compliance and adherence to all required standards.
- Able to resolve HR related issues, including resolve any litigation issues
- Process work permits and any immigration related items
- Ensure insurance and timely health checks are conducted for all staff per local laws and regulations
- Dealing with grievances and management of disciplinary procedures before they escalate to management
- Prepare simple finance reports and reconciliations where required
- Conduct quality checks on items being procured
- Familiar with the operations Payroll systems and how they integrate into Finance and Reporting systems
