Shops Operations Manager at Green Dairy

Green Dairy has an exciting job opening for a Shop Operations Manager to join our team!

The Shop Operations Manager you will help increase profitability and boost customer engagement.  The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting, managing, and developing all shop staff members to exceed business goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring an excellent level of customer service is provided at all times.
• Assisting in recruiting, selecting, and retaining high quality store associates, along with training- this will be worked along side with the project manager.
• Store opening and closing procedures.
• Follows ups with the farm on deliveries.
• Responsible for Green Dairy off takers and customer follow-ups.
• Kukula Seed is responsible for sales (together with the Operations Manager).
• Manage day-to-day operations of all shops.
• Ensure checklists are followed for tank temperature, delivery to shops, cleanliness of shops, quality of milk in shops etc.
• Maintain and keep up to date compliances for shops.
• Track sales, execute strategies for increasing sales, while maintaining constant communication with the team.
• Manage and track voids, discounts and any financial inconsistencies.
• Identify and address issues and opportunities for the shops.
• Manage staff overtime, hours etc for payroll.
• All other tasks as directed by the manager.

Qualifications 

• Grade 12 and above
• Diploma in related area is favorable.
• Experienced in Excel, Email, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with customer service
• Must be highly organized and motivated
• Good Telecommunications skills and written skills
