ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:

• To study the workshop program and estimate manpower requirements
• Estimate supplies and materials needed and make requisitions
• Recommend measures to improve service and repair methods, vehicle performance and quality of maintenance of the fleet and suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency
• Analyse and resolve workshop problems
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet workshop schedules
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Workshop Foreman
• Ensure all areas are clean and safe
• Ensure all work done is checked and is of excellent quality
• Ensure all equipment and tools issued are kept properly and safe

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must have minimum of:

• Grade Twelve (12) Full Certificate
• Craft Certificate in Mechanics
• Two Years Experience

The candidate must also be eligible to work in Zambia
