Description
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
- Daily update and Preparation of monthly billing for Cash Solutions department (CMC, ATMs, CIT and Deposita) for both North and Southern region.
- Handling customer and internal queries pertaining to the billing reports.
- Capturing of Cheque and Cash entries for onward submission to the respective banks.
- Preparation of CA34s for new and terminating clients under Cash Solutions.
- Preparation of Consolidated Daily reports for Senior Management i.e., cash count, Trend analysis, cash forecast, KPIs and daily trackers.
- Daily update of online ledgers (Gears) for all the banks under Cash Centre and ensure that they are balancing with the respective vault balances.
- Ensure that all vital administrative issues are brought to the attention of the Cash Centre Manager and the Cash Ops Improvement Manager.
- Daily update and monitoring of the TMS Deposita by ensuring that respective banks credit the customer as soon as the consignment is picked.
- Ensure that all vital documents are filed neatly and accordingly.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must have:
1. Minimum of 4 years with G4S Secure Solutions
2. Minimum of a Diploma in any Business Course or Related
3. Must have Good Customer Service Skills
4. Great appreciation of Microsoft Office Package
5. Knowledge in basic Accounting
5. Must be a Zambian Citizen
