Zambian Financial Sector Deepening (FSD Zambia) is a Zambian organization working closely with both public and private sector institutions. We open financial markets so that all citizens, particularly the excluded or underserved, have the opportunity to learn about, choose, and use a wide range of accessible, affordable, understandable, sustainable financial services according to their needs.
About the Job
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in carrying out high level program development, advocacy, negotiations, communications, coalition building, organisational leadership, management and fund raising.
The Executive Assistant will report to the CEO.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
- Grade 12 school certificate
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position
- Proven track record in working with teams and consultants/service providers including development of terms of reference where required
- Demonstrated clear, concise, well-organized, and accurate writing and editing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communications skills especially
- Strong teamwork skills
