Job Overview
The role of Trade Marketing Associate will require you to be passionate about delivering innovative marketing campaigns- both big and small. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and together with the team will strive to implement strategies aimed at growing our market share and the brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth in Zambia.

Your key functions will include:
- Service Center branding and outdoor visibility
- Coordinate with the Sales team on implementing BTL strategies.
- Support Sales Team for event set up and branding for Roadshows and activations.
- Secure brand exposure opportunities to build awareness and brand equity.
- Provide input for suitable BTL elements/materials by region
- Identify Sponsorship opportunities that guarantee brand exposure.
- Responsible for marketing material management, production and delivery, maintaining good relationships with suppliers for best quality and prices.
Key deliverables will include but not be limited to:
- Weekly updates on competitor activities by region ( on brand, trade promos, events).
- Meticulous Promotional Materials Management( procurement, distribution & Utilisation).
- Planning and Implementation of events & activation
- Reporting POSM utilisation in the Trade.
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Marketing or Business Studies
- 2-3 Years Experience in Marketing – Branding & Activation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High levels of integrity and diligence
- Experience in Solar Industry an added advantage
- Excellent administrative skills
- Computer Literate with Microsoft Office Skills computer abilities
- Ability to run multiple projects with cross functional teams
- Great interpersonal skills with a great sense of Team and Culture
