Administrative Lead – IT Services (Lusaka)
The opportunity:
Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’S growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology and Talent.
As part of IT you may be responsible for large strategic enterprise application development, enterprise security, business intelligence, cloud and data center services, as well as other technology products. IT plans, develops and manages all technology used in EY to enhance service delivery, drive revenue growth and profitability and strengthen our competitive advantage as the most globally integrated organization in professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages all technology including support and maintenance of local area networks;
- Perform the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of the firm’s hardware and software handling ad-hoc requests via phone, e-mail, or face-to-face;
- Identify sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences;
- Perform IT Infrastructural administrative tasks and basic troubleshooting;
- Work on projects, assessing the special needs of the local office and responding appropriately:
- Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning processing, including setting up of hardware/software for new hires, end receiving hardware from separating employees; and
- Perform asset management activities (procurement, receipt, inventory, tracking, distribution, etc.) in accordance with firm policy and IT Services processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification in IT or Information Systems;
- A minimum ot 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Be proficient in core technology applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint and Outlook; and
- An ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
