Trident Prep School is an International Primary School located in the North Western Province of Zambia.

Solwezi is the administrative capital of the Province and is a bustling town: where the mininq industry is key. We are looking to replace a long-standing member of staff, who would like some more family time. We have an International staff pupil and parent body. This is a relatively small school of 135 pupils set in an intimate community. We are a non- selective school and run a busy child-centred curriculum, both within the classroam, on the playing field and in the surrounding area. The successful candidate will have the necessary skills to prepare children for the International Cambridge Checkpoint Examinations.

Trident Prep Solwezi forms part of the Trident Group of schools which is made up of two Prep schools and the College.

These Schools are, in turn, operated by Educore Services, a leading provider of independent schcoling in Zambia.

PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER (KS2, UPPER PRIMARY)

Trident Prep Solwezi: is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and anthusiastic Primary school teacher.

The appointee will report to the Headteacher and directly contribute to all areas of teaching and learning, as well as the extra-curricular programme (ECA)

Main Purpose of the Job

To provide excellence and enjoyment in teaching and learning, in accordance with the school’s international curricula.

Qualifications Required

Bachelors degree in Primary Education OR Diploma in Primary Education or similar Internationally reccgnised qualification. A Teaching Council of Zambia Certificate or similar accreditation.
