Do you want a rewarding job helping to manage our Orphanage and School?
Ebenezer Child Care Trust requires an Executive Assistant/Administrator to the Director. Your skills will include IT literacy – able to use Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires an organised and methodical worker, with a high work ethic who can work in a team as well independently. We require an excellent communicator, someone flexible and highly motivated and who can take the initiative when needed. The job will entail producing regular newsletters to global donors, organising and helping the Director with daily administration tasks, organising board meetings, communicating with local potential donors, as well as being generally helpful in and around the Orphanage as and when required.
The applicant must love children and preferably have a Christian faith.
Remuneration and hours to be discussed according to experience and aptitude.
