Requirements

• Minimum 10-years experience in marketing in printing organizations
• Self-starter, enthusiastic, energetic and adaptable, results-oriented person with ability to work independently.
• A communicator with very good interpersonal skills with a clientele base
• Minimum age requirement of 40 years applies
• Able tomeet targets and deadlines
• Able to come up with a workable marketing strategy for the company
• Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage
• Should be self motivated and able to work with minimum supervision

Terms and Conditions

• The incumbent will work on a 15% commission basis
• The basic salary of K4000 (attached on attainment of targets set)
• Shareholding offer of 5% after meeting the set target within six months of engagement
• The incumbent will be entitled to a personal to holder vehicle, official phone and air time allowance (which will be determined by management).
