QUALIFICATIONS

• Zambian national with full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.
• Diploma in accountancy / ZICA Technician

WORK  EXPERIENCE

• Must have worked in a similar position for at least six months.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have knowledge of Microsoft excel and word.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be between the ages of 21 and 30.
• Must have three traceable references from the previous jobs.
• Will be solely for handling petty cash.
• Ensure that all petty cash payments are duly authorized.
• ensure that petty cash payments are supported by third party receipts.
• Ensure that all staffs retire imprest as per laid down procedures.
• Ensure that petty cash report is prepared on a daily basis to be checked by the accountant.

Applicants will be tested to show practical skills.
