Description
They have a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioral user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realize the creative output and creative product.
- Work closely with the Media Director and/or Account Manager to generate design executions
- Understands brand continuity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning
- Contribute ideas and opinions coherently and effectively
- Explains visual thought processes and decisions with clarity and parity
- Manages time to visualize and design effectively
- Design brief format and educates the team regarding the necessity of written briefs and proper design kick-off meetings
- Understanding of technology and creatively supports the effective use of technology to solve business problems.
- Contributes work to pitches.
- Drive, define and feedback on; quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors.
- Attends and contributes to work reviews, regular check-ins, is active in their goal planning and training needs. Provides constructive suggestions and feedback to directors on the creative team, structure, and process
