Our client, a manufacturer and supplier of light steel construction products and ceiling solutions is seeking to recruit a Senior Human Resources Officer to be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes and procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
JOB SPECIFICATION

Interacts With: Employees, Management
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruit employees: Interview, tests, hire and on board new employees and renewal of contracts.
Establish and maintain employee personnel records
Ensure factory compliance, health and safety, medical as per the local laws
Advise management on the management of employees on manpower utilization, turnover control, compensation, performance evaluation and other personnel matters
Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures
Drive performance management system and ensure implementation of the system
Coordinate with finance team on the payroll information from all the centers/warehouse and ensure accuracy of the details and confidentiality
Coordinate training programs for employees, health & safety, technical and behavioral (as per the business needs)
Drive disciplinary culture and compliance as per the laws
Ensure exit process has been met, exit forms, exit interviews and timely information is provided to the payroll on the exit of the employee
Ensure harmonious culture in the organization
Ensuring statutory compliance with in the timelines set by respective authority
Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly reports
All the responsibilities to be carried out as per the local laws
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 5 years
Education Level: Certificate Level
Qualifications: Bachelor / Diploma in Human Resources from a recognized institute
Software: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Equipment: Work related
Knowledge Of: Employment Laws, Standard HR Policies & Procedures
Skills To: Manage human resources functions and apply policies and procedures
Ability To: Work under pressure and effectively communicate in both written and verbal
Personality: Pleasant, down to earth, able to work with various levels across the organisation
Other: Organised, good communication skills, high level of integrity and confidentiality
