This position will report to the Maintenance Controller.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Execution of administrative activities and procedures
• Ensure training and coaching for subordinates to facilitate objective achievement
• Advanced skills in required computer software packages
• Excellent time management
• Ability to plan a task, job or project realistically, structuring work and delegating tasks, appropriately allocating time & resources, setting objectives and measuring performance against standards.
• Accountable for measureable high-quality, timely & cost-effective results and keeping commitments
• Ability to display a clear understanding of technical or professional aspects of work
• Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures and legislation
• Ability to autonomously and perform planned equipment preventative maintenance & provide 2nd level break-down support
• Maintain health & safety standards
• Team player & self-starter

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12, O level with 5 credits or better
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
• 5 years’ work experience in an FMCG environment
• Manufacturing Technical skill & competence
