Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and attending to their queries
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Sending emails and replying to emails
- Preparing bills and dealing with payments
- Purchasing of various supplies and delivering supplies to work stations
- Typing, printing and filling of documents as assigned
- Maintaining the office environment and keeping it clean all the time
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate or diploma in business, secretarial, education or a relevant field
- At least 1year experience as receptionist or office assistant
- Must be Computer literate
- Must have good communication skills
