Personnel Specifications:

• Must be familiar with most borders around Zambia
• Must be familiar with ZRA, ZDA, and ZABS regulations
• Must be familiar with Rebate and RIB
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Consulting clients regarding insurance, duties and taxes
• Monitoring the consignments to ensure compliance of regulations
• Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization’s sales activities
• Identifying new marketing and sales opportunities
• Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports

Suitable candidates should possess the following:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or degree in Clearing and Forwarding
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in clearing and forwarding
