Business Intelligence and Operations Analyst at CAVENDISH University Zambia

Main purpose of the job

Identify, collect, analyse, store, and present operational data and reports to inform resource utilization and mobilisation decision making processes. In addition, the job incumbent will be responsible for CUZ data base management working in close liaison with the IT department. He/she will also carry out any other duties as requested by his/her supervisor, and will be on call for any emergencies as and when they arise.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs
• Disseminate information regarding tools, reports, or metadata enhancements.
• Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
• Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
• Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
