Description

A Car Hire Company in Lusaka, Zambia is seeking to recruit a hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic and innovative person to fill the position of Operations Assistant.

Reporting to the Company Director s/he will perform the responsibility of:

  • Responding to client inquiries.
  • Making prompt vehicle bookings.
  • Vehicle inspections and handovers.
  • Marketing of company on different media platforms including social media.
  • Book keeping and preparation of managerial reports.
  • Keeping all vehicle maintenance, RTSA and Insurance documentation up to date.
  • Driving clients as and when required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the director.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Proficient in Marketing practices.
  • Transport and Logistics.
  • Very good communicator; oral and written English with skills in computer usage.
  • Driver’s license held for not less than 2 years.
  • Preferably, 2 years experience in a similar position.
