Position: Human Resource and Administration Clerk
Location: Lusaka
Responsibilities
- Manage Site Timesheets and diaries for both employees and sub contractors.
- Prepare HR site reports on attendance, material usage and work progress.
- Coordinate Site Recruitments.
- Maintain and develop site employees’ personal files and record systems.
- Background checks and employee orientation for all staff.
- Be the point person at the site for all employee queries.
- Report employee issues, grievances, misconduct and concerns.
- Prepare and analyze key HR statistics.
- Provision of emergency procedures and support.
- Workers compensation.
- Assist with updating Leave schedule, employee absenteeism and sick permissions management.
- Assist with first screening of CVs by working hand in hand with HRA officer.
- Site payroll inputs support.
- Be uptodate with happenings on the site activities
- Assist with HR Administration works.
- Ensure to HR Compliance with all labour statutory requirements.
Candidates Requirements
- A Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
- 6 months – 1 year minimum experience in Human Resource role
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Understands Zambian Labour Laws
