We are looking for an inspirational leader who can oversee and implement our vision of developing a world-class secondary school program based on the principles of sound faith, academic excellence, and servant-leadership.

Breath of Heaven Academy (BOHA) is an international private Christian school located in Barlastone Park, Lusaka. We operate under the auspices of Breath of Heaven Children’s Ministries, which is a registered NGO dedicated to helping meet the needs of the growing population of orphans in Zambia. Currently, BOHA has an enrollment of over 400 students, with classes extending from baby class through the 12th grade, all designed to foster academic achievement, character development, and 21st-century leadership skills. Recently, we have doubled our land capacity by purchasing 4.0 hectares near our current property. This additional campus will be the site of our new and expanded secondary school, which will include athletic facilities, enhanced computer technology capabilities, a fully equipped science laboratory, and vocational workshops. The initial land preparation and development of this new site has already begun.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Secondary Teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree and a certificate in administration or educational
  leadership,
• Experience as a Secondary School Principal (Headmaster) or Deputy Principal,
• Exemplary Christian character and active in a local Christian church,
• Committed to team-building and staff development,
• Effective communicator with strong management skills.
