Description
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills to assist at our new branch. This individual should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
The candidate should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.
They must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
The candidate must be patient and understanding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filing client information, generating reports, and reordering supplies
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts (Cardinal)
- Assisting clients with all necessary booking procedure starting with the paper work
- Making sure cars are road worthy before hiring out and maintaining record of the condition of the car before client collection
- Inspection of vehicle upon return
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights if the need arises
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party (Cardinal)
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail (Excellent phone etiquette)
- Receipting without mixing up receipt numbers. (experience with receipt books and cash collection is an added advantage)
- Checking that vehicles are clean and are in good condition at all times
- Other duties as maybe assigned
