Report to: Managing Director

Purpose of the Role: To Oversee and manage all Human Resource Policies and programs. Have overall responsibility for HR activities of the company.

Responsibilies:

• HR Management Operations and Development
• Performance Management

Attributes: High level of integrity, professionalism, team work, hard work, commitment and honesty.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related Business field.

Practicing Human Resource License.

In depth knowledge and experience in Zambian Labour laws and regulations.

Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking with minimum supervision or direction, including excellent analytical problem solving and organisation skills.

Very good communication skills.

Experience in dealing with and managing works committees.
