JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, the IT Support Specialist will provide technical and functional support on Flexcube core-banking system and its related interfaces, including services for Electronic Banking.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Coordinate day to day user support for the core banking System environment Managing escalated incidents to the Flexcube Vendor through MOS (My Oracle Support)
• Administering the Weblogic Application Server
• Administering the Oracle Database Management System
• Administering the contingency plan for the Core banking System
• Administering the Electronic Banking Platforms and related systems
• End of Cycle process support

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least two years’ experience in supporting systems in a Banking environment
• Certification in Database Management will be added advantage
• Knowledge of Flexcube Core Banking system
