FLEET MANAGEMENT OFFICER (1)
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager – Administration, the job holder will be responsible for assisting in daily administrative support needs and management ofthe company’s fleet.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Maintain the company fleet, assist with procuring goods and services
- efficiently, manage logistics and assets for the organisation
- Ensure that company vehicles are road worthy and have ownership and
- other required documents.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors e.g. fuel stations, garages, regulators
- and other vendors
- Preparation and submission of monthly fuel usage analysis
- Monitor the servicing of vehicles in a timely and well-scheduled manner
- Process all insurance claims and repair of damage to vehicles involved on
- road traffic accidents
- Monitor and control vehicle usage, traffic violations and locations.
- Ensure that all company vehicle users adhere to the company vehicle
- usage manual.
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3 years’ experience
- A valid and clean Zambian/ SADC driver’s license. Minimum class B.

- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Supervisory and general administrative skills
