ASSISTANT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager – Human Resources, the Assistant Manager will be part of the Human Resources Department.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Employee data management
- Preparation of various reports on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- General staff payroll preparation
- Management of Bayport sponsored student affairs
- Employee Staff Welfare
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM) and holding a valid practicing licence
OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent communication, organisational, leadership and management skills
- Must be a team player
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels
