Description
Reporting to the Group and Culture Manager, the incumbent will be expected amongst others to:
- Facilitate the recruitment and selection of staff units
- Eficiently manage the induction and orientation process for staff
- Effectively manage relations with key stakeholders tha include government, statutory bodies, social communities, suppliers and clients.
- Take a lead role in performance management for all staff
- Manage Complex industrial relations which include discipline, grievance handling, works council and collective bargaining for all units.
- Initiate HR Budgeting process and manage costs for all hr processes.
- Identification of training and development needs for different grades across the group.
- Effectively manage succession for organisational continuity
- Participate in the management of reward which includes initiating, processing and handling all payroll and compensation issues.
- Facilitate and supervise all social events for the group.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences from a reputable University or College.
- A Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Hands on knowledge of payroll and statutory deductions
- Minimum of four years experience
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and ability to contextualise situations
- Bias for action, order and quality
- In Depth appreciation of Zambia Labor Laws
- Ability to Multi Task
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Drivers License – B manual
