Description
1. Overall Purpose
- We need a highly organised, enthusiastic, motivated, reliable and trustworthy person to support our team to help ensure the smooth, efficient running of our operations in Zambia. The role plays a vital part in the smooth-running of the operations and financial activities. The post holder will also have frequent responsibility for specific projects and tasks.
- Actively support the Alistair Logistics Health, Safety, Environment and Quality vision and values.
- Operate all cash disbursements.
- Maintain Petty Cash worksheet and physical file.
- Ensure collections of receipt/invoice.
- Entry of vendor vouchers /invoices in ERP
- Vendor account reconcilliations
- ensures that expense claims are processed in line with set procedures
- Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreedsheets and corporate accounts payable files
- Performs scanning, copying, filing of documents under his/her control
- Assist the team on any accounting purpose.
- And any other task assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Applied skills level of ACCA or CIMA Management Level
- Two years in a busy and high transaction volume accounts payable departments
- Only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered for the position.
