Description
Create and manage Direct channels for Home Broadband sales to enable enhanced reach directly to the customer residence/office. This includes both Direct to customer sales channels and also the lead fulfilment channels, and Increase Home Broadband sales to both B2B and B2C consumers (SME/MSME) in the assigned territory.
REPORTING TO THE HEAD-HOME BROADBAND- THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE;
JOB PURPOSE:
Channel Creation and Profitability;
a. Direct Sales teams and DSA Partners
b. Lead management & closure channels for all Inbound and Outbound call center leads
c. Channel for Closure and fulfilment for Web based interaction or any other promotional activity
d. Creating Freelancer/Partner channel for deployment of Outdoor solutions (and later expandable to FTTH deployment)
- Territory Mapping – For both Residential and Micro SME segment to ensure clear geographical reach with the network covered area
- Driving sales thru each channel and increase share of new customer acquisition in the market
- Marking territories and increasing the product utilization within the defined territories
- Partner Management: Ensure minimal channel partner attrition by deploying relevant tools as appropriate
- Recruitment and on boarding of channel partners to enable business growth and expansion
- Driving Rewards and Recognition program for channel partners and the direct teams to improve performance
- Managing and speedy resolution of operational issues to improve customer experience and reduce churn.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Technology with in-depth understanding of telecom trends
- MBA in Marketing
- 7-10 years of experience in leading a highly qualified and experienced team in a highly complex environment
- 7-10 years of in-depth Sales and Marketing experience in the telecom/FMCG/ Retail industry
