Our client AGS Zambia an intemational company with physical presence in all 54 countries across Africa. Their core business is conduct removals, relocations and records management. In Zambia, AGS have a job opening for a Managing Director as per details below;
Job title: Managing Director
Reporting to: Head Office
Salary: Annual Salary of Two Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Kwacha only (K225,240)
Hours: Standard Working hours from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs. Including Local and International travel
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Responsibilities & duties
To oversea all administrative and staff management such as timely management of payroll, accounting for all funds, debt management, and debt recovery. Including Sales Management, Operational Management i.e management of the Vehicle Fleet, Import/Export management, management of Stock and Planning. In general, the Employee is responsible to put the necessary measures in place for the Company to maintain its position in the removals, relocations, and records management sector in Zambia as per company policy.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Essential qualifications;
Must be holder of a Degree from a reputable Business school or University or Equivalent with a specialization in Management and International Trade. 5 years’ experience in a similar post.
Desirable qualifications;
Knowledge in computer skills such Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sage Payroll and Pastel.
A person willing to learn, team player, and Team leader
