JOB OPENING: TRANSLATOR/ CO-ORDINATOR

Afrizam Electrical Equipment Limited seek a skilled, energetic and focused individual to join our team for the above position. To be posted in Ndola on a contract of 3 – 6 months starting immediately. Accommodation and Meals provided onsite.

DUTIES

• Facilitate Coordination between internal departments and Chinese Clients
• Verbal and written Chinese English Translation
• Provide general administrative support
• Collect information and documents from clients
• Creating and Sending notices to clients
• Handle inquiries from Clients and provide required information
• Follow up on tasks assigned by the clients
• Scheduling appointments

REQUIREMENTS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Able to carry out English-Chinese/Chinese-English translation verbally and in writing
• Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Presentable, focused and a dedicated team player
• Minimum HSK level 5 is an added advantage
• Work experience in similar roles is an added advantage
• Experience in Electrical Engineering is an added advantage
• Carried out studies in China under Chinese program is an added advantage
• Excellent computer skills
• Typing speed of Minimum 20 WPM
• Quick learner

EXPERIENCE

• 2 Years work experience in Chinese English/English Chinese translation environment
