Offshore Camp Boss

· To Manage & organize the kitchen, storage, logistics, laundry and housekeeping activities. To provide the client and customer a good quality services that is as per contract (including Safety, quality, variety, temperature, quantity and on time) in a Safe manner. Ensure Kitchen and leaving areas are clean and hygienic at all times. Ensure correct Hygiene techniques are used.

· To insure to work fully with the company tools for raw material management, production, HSE tracking and reporting and Calipso system for audit & actions plan. Not limited to those task, you will participate the implementation of the system evolution.

· To train the team to be autonomous and develop the skills

· Check that good hygiene and manufacturing practices are being followed;

· Check that good hygiene and manufacturing practices are being followed;

· Analize and send cost reports every day.

· Respect the contract scope for all activities.

· Use and respect for the group's tools

· To provide KPIs and all data requested by the Headquarter
